Come experience a guided chi gong practice which has been called, “mindfulness in motion.” This chi gong form for beginners is easy to practice and offers an effective combination of breath, mindfulness, and movement to reduce tension and enhance eudemonic well-being. The mindfulness component of chi gong distinguishes it from exercise alone. This guided chi gong session is practiced sitting, standing, and walking.
