“Like a gentle breeze, letting it move through you and away from you…”
As I reflect, I think of all the feelings, situations, memories (or even resentments) that I sometimes want to hold onto and re-play, to re-analyze repeatedly.
“What is right? What is wrong?”
“Is it my feelings that I honor? Is it principle that I honor?”
As we grasp and analyze these events and people again in our mind, we never truly let go of them. They end up draining us, until we are physically tired.
